I understand that making a purchase with such strong promises can be a bit intimidating and almost seem too good to be true! Here are some FAQ's you may have.

What’s the return policy?

I am so confident that you will fall in love with your purchases that you will be allowed to return any products--no questions asked--within 30 days of purchase. Please contact your representative to assist, you must obtain a Return Merchant Agreement Number.

What are the shipping options?

The shipment warehouse is located in the United States.

Each shipment comes with full tracking, the following three options are available.

  • Ground: 5–10 shipping days. Orders must be placed before 9:00 am MST Monday - Thursday to go out the same day.
  • Priority: 2–4 shipping days. Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm MST to go out the same day.
  • Express: 1–2 shipping days. Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm MST Monday - Friday to go out the same day.

Do you ship to Military/APO addresses:?

Yes, if you are shipping to a military address for a U.S. base, put the country as United States even if their U.S. base is in another country.

What are the payment options?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

Do you have customer service?

Of course! If you decide to join me on this health mission, you will be given all of the tools you need to succeed. This is not a mission you must face alone! You will be given tools such as nutrition and fitness support, accountability check-ins, plateau and troubleshooting support, access to our private Facebook community group where you will receive support and encouragement, and access to several sponsors to answer any questions you may have along your journey.
